JOURNEY LENGTH

The Arabian Peninsula Series journey runs over four days and three nights.
​
Each journey is designed as a single, continuous route, with camps established in a different location each evening.

VEHICLES & OCCUPANCY

Journeys are priced per vehicle, based on two adults sharing.
​
Each vehicle may accommodate up to four adults, with a supplement applied for additional occupants.
Solo travellers may elect to reserve a vehicle for exclusive use.

PRICING

The starting price for the journey is AED 28,000 per vehicle.​ Pricing reflects the operational nature of the journey rather than individual components.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The journey includes all core elements required for sustained, supported movement:

  • Use of an expedition-ready, fully prepared four-wheel-drive vehicle, fully fuelled

  • Experienced lead driver and professional convoy leadership

  • Dedicated support vehicle and support driver

  • Camps established and broken daily

  • Private chef and structured evening dining

  • All meals during the journey

  • Comprehensive equipment and logistical support throughout

  • Transfers provided at the conclusion of the journey

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Certain elements sit outside the scope of the journey:
  • Flights to or from the UAE
  • Accommodation before or after the journey
  • Personal expenses and gratuities

BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.

The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to departure.

ALÆA reserves the right to decline bookings in order to maintain appropriate alignment and convoy dynamics.

GROUP SIZE & FREQUENCY

Convoy sizes are deliberately limited.
​
Journeys operate on selected dates during the season, with a small number of departures each month.
